We had a great stay! The hotel's location is perfect as it is near the main square but still manages to be peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Receptionist Angel. The hotel facilities were great, such as the lovely inside "garden" with comfortable chairs and hot/cold water always available. We also loved the fireplace at reception and the heater in our room. The breakfast was satisfying and included fresh fruits, toast, and juices.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

This hotel is centrally located and just a short distance from the main square. the staff was friendly, accommodating, and attentive to their guests. the breakfast offered a good variety of food, including meats, cheeses, and fresh fruit. the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
The water pressure in the shower left something to be desired.

Great location in the heart of the old city's tourist hub. Beautiful colonial-style building with an attractive central courtyard. Conveniently close to local trekking stores, restaurants, markets and a bureau de change.
Maintenance issues in some rooms, including drafty door, dirt, dust, and poorly-fitted doors. Poor service in the restaurant, including dirty plates, poorly cooked eggs and cold breakfast items.

Great location close to main square and with lovely courtyard. Always water, tea, and coffee available.
Room too small for even two normal-sized suitcases and bathroom became soaked after showering. Bedding and portable heater provided were not enough to keep the room warm.
